[SLA Thugs captured Kokkavil and Murukandy railway station, but they not on A9, what is going there? both stations are located with A9, but this thugs not yet captured A9. ]
SLA will delay taking A9 simply to allow IDPs to travel to vanni. If battle rages there IDPs will find it hard to travel.
