[So, what is the strategy, then? ]
Strategy is to capture Poonaryn first, then attack Kilinochchi with the help of 54 and 55th divisions from North. LTTE clearly knows what SLA is up to and that is the reason they put such a huge resistance at Nachchikuda. But before October monsoon, SLA will reach Poonaryn and then they have enough time of two months for consolidation their positions before launching against Kilinochchi.
