[I think when it comes to China, RAW is way behind. They were long occupied with Pakis.. only recently RAW is paying attention to China.]

So India can afford to keep track of CHina. This is dangerous development for INdia to have chinese Spies all over Jaffna.

The only Option for India is to allow Tigers to take over Jaffna & to throw these chinese spies back to their country.
