I dont think that they will have Chemical weapons. Earlier to War also thought every body that LTTE is world no 1 gurilla. This is due to wrong propaganda done by Anton Bala and Tamil Diaspora in world wide. But actual is not so true. They have few key leaders and most of cadres even have no enough training to battle with the well trained army.
But carefullness is most important at every stage.
