Good lesson for all for not being selective in business dealings. Sad, if she has done it for money, but the crime is a crime no matter what the intension were.
Don`t you want to know information about the person whom you are renting your house in a situation like this? if you are unable to find information you need to go to the police and register the person and then do what`s to be done with the transaction.
