ONLY COUNTRY YOU CAN CALL NEUTRAL IN EUROPE DURING SECOND WORLD WAS SWITZERLAND. REST OF THE LOT WAS EITHER SECRETLY SIDELINED THEMSELVES WITH THE SECOND WORLD WAR FOES USA OR GERMANY.
