[Does it show LTTE is weakened] Strength of an army or a militia is measured pretty much like the way you measure density. As LTTE is giving up ground to the SLDF by retreating they in turn become stronger as they have lesser land area to worry about. SLA would now try to trap pockets of LTTE fighters and take them out as they get closer to where they are headed. SLDF`s will face the stiffest resistance in the coming days and months ahead but LTTE is on the back foot and what is at stake are the lives of innocent tamil civilians. |
