Indian forces are in Colombo already.... CF or no CF , the Indians would not have taken an other chance, but if the gosl and the ltte could have archived a CF even after the trios visit the SL could have persuaded the Indians not to bring in their forces.. whether the gosl would have succeeded or not in pursuing the matter with the Indians is an other story if the ltte and the gosl archived a CF after the trios visit.... |
