This singlecelled guy does not know that its army will revolt if they are denied salary & food. How long you think your Poor nation can beg without caring any damn abt the HR abuses & violations ? All EU has stopped aiding & even USA stopped aid using Milleneium funds. Now you are borrowing at very high commercial rates with very high commerical interests which you have to repay. IF not SL Rs will soon become the value of a siht paper & you cant fund the war machine with the siht paper. |
