Vavuinyaa is a dangerous place to travel these days. a civilian, who has basic knowledge should know how to avoid danger n not to travel while there is a crossfire. in a war situation, either they should stay in a safe place (temple, church), or evacuate the area.
and also artillery shells are not designed with an AI brain. so it goes and land where it suppose to land. who ever fired it cannot predict whether its gonna hit the target or a civilian who`s walking near by the target. civilians die in war. it doesnt matter if it is north or south. best thing is to evacuate those areas and let the SLA n LTTE handle the situation.
