[I thought the HR activists preferred to remain silent when the terrorists strike and kill civillians and be vociferous only when the Govt` strikes and kills civillians! ]
They always voice against the HR violation. But, some of guy go blind and deaf when Govt. violate HR and shout at the institution highlights it!
