TamilNAdu govt donated it so that, Tamils can kill themselves by detonating bombs.
[[I suspect those who owned the detonators had sold these for huge profits to th LTTE and as usual have come up with a theft theory..! ]]
If they get money, Tamils love even to kill tamils or get screwed up because it is money.
