GOSL got about 300,000 votes.
UNP got about 250,000 votes.

If we assumed the worst case,

If GOSL had about 30,000 rigging votes and
if UNP had just 1/3 of that, 10,000, then still respective total will be 270,000 ad 240,000.

So, Pilleyan will be the winner, even that the case.

This seems an odd calculation, but blaming to vote rigging is only not going to help UNP.
