This is where GOSL has to practice a high level of diplomacy. GOSL must show to the IC, that its doing a pure and honest try to start talks. As a symbolic gesture, war can be stopped for 48h (about), and invite LTTE for some level of talk. ] Sansare . No . absolutely not . Why would they do that . Since when has the LTTE ever been interested in Talks when it did not help them militarily . If that were to be done the LTTE would wreak havoc in the East as well . If after so many deaths of Sri Lankan and Indian leaders who wanted to Negotiate with the DEVIL ,we will not learn that .we will NEVER learn a lesson. |
