As I know Rayappu is the one who has it, not Tigers. And he will have a No war zone declared by both parties.
So is Rayappu the leader of Northern part of Sri Lanka? What happens to VP then?
Anyways I`m happy if VP wants to keep the statue with himself. SLAF won`t attack him while he has the statue:):):) We need VP.
