I don`t think you need any mini submarines now. According to Dr Nada the wise one, tigers in their high tech labs in Kilinochchi have developed a satellite based lightning weapon. And they have tested it successfully in Minneriya army capm. So they can simply destroy anything and kill anyone using a lightning.
You guys are truly amazing. I envy you and please write more in LNP.
