UK govt wanted to deport Mr. Kokila gunawardane because UK did not want to spend more money on his security.
but, he has been holding inside the Immigration Detention center as his British wife has obstructed the deportation.
there won`t be any WAR- Criminal charges against him as the PRO-LTTE Human right ORGANIZATIONS wanted.
