In US *you say* *some use* race - Unfortunately in srilanka all goverment institution uses race.Goverment institution in US they do not use race as a selection criteria.Also in US most of famous institution they do not put the race as their criteria]
do you know or have lived here ? Or are you just mouthing off some crap that you think is correct . In the US there is no single congruent criteria for university selection . It is determined by each university . That is what i was pointing out . your only justification to calling Si Lanka a failed state was your false assertion . That is what makes you a pol booruwa .
