[GOSL should relocate these people in the North and East low lands so that the population pressure on the upcountry hills are minimized.]
You can relocate them in Mathara, Galle, Hanbantota.... NE does not welcome them. Seems like Sinhalese have not still learned the bitter lessons of war.
