[The problem is SLA ever underestimates LTTE.] SLA generally has a good estimation about LTTE, I think. Problem is political influence, determination, influence from IC, and lack of proper SPY network. If SLA had a good spy network like LTTE, things must be different. LTTE can maintain it, since Tamils are in all parts of the country. But, SLA cant do that well, they have to buy Tamils from Vanni, with a high risk of doable-cross. |
