[According to the Minister there had been a confrontation between the forces and LTTE cadres between 9.30 and 11 am today about 10km from Mullativu town which caused damage to the run-away and also cleared the area off Vauvnia-Periyapandiverichan.]

and Delft? I thought Delft was under SLA control, what are LTTE cadres doing there?
