This must be about (sorry I didnt read all posts), partly forced migration by British, for own economic and administration benefits.
History says, Tamils in north SL were there since early stage of SL known history. As I believe, they never succeeded in controlling the whole Island, and also never became the majority of the country.
So, the co-existence as a minority with 100% equal rights is a fair way of thinking. If we can stop the wan, people will start to see he possibility to live together.
