I gave a serious answer too. Anyway, At present PREsident, HEad of the `Supreme Court and a few Ministers handle most of the issues. So, all others out of 225 are honorary positions. SO, you need to understand that the PResident and a several are the minimum requirement. All others are extra. Yet tamils and muslims need more provincial councils and Sri Lanka is a Mess after 13th amendment. |
