see if there are any posting guideline violations are done by 'SatanKaBacha'.
[I don`t think this is right. I don`t think VP knew until after the fact. Late Victor or Mannar was reprimanded for this. I could be wrong but thats what I heard at that time. ]

If I remember correctlt, it was late Pulendran got into that act, but not sure without the knowledge of VP..! will get it confirmed..!
