If Sri Lanka Follows the Western World, even the 13th amendment, which will satisfy Indian Needs, is also a wastage of resources.
For example, Purto Rico and Hawaii became US states. But, those were initially independent countries.
Besides, USA and many western countries reduce the Govtmental bureaucracy.
On the other hand, 13th amendment only increases the number of politicians and the govt bureaucracy.
