[it is immaterial to me who my ancestors were thousands of years ago as I am not a racist] As an individual - meaning when you operate as an individual you are not a racist. I accept that. But when you are interacting with someone who is driven by group power and that group power is based on race - which side do you take Magha? As per my observations, you take the side of your race and rightly so. It is like family power. Where we have common values and merit based assessment by the persons in charge - it is important that we act on merit basis as individuals. At other times we tend to share our powers with our natural groups. I consider that this is better than letting it go to waste. love gaja |
