more violations are connected raising flags and SLA lodges complain against LTTE but these are done by civic people , but when ever SLA blocked the items or stopped in check points were not resisted , if they would have done this , then we will see right opposite numbers but the number of violation is not the mater , but GoSL did not deliver what they promised on CFA specially HSZ and peoples normal life the very important and 101.
