thanks I`m fine,,

CFA violations?? as far as I`m aware there is lots of unresolved cases still need more investigation and on the resolved cases, the ltte is responsible for nearly 3175 and the govt is responsible for 353 cases.

according to the CFA the HSZ should have been removed by D-day +90 days. but the HSZs were never touched since the CFA signed.

if you take *one HSZ as one violation per day* then for the last 5 years , it would be 1825 CFA violations,,

in and around jaffna, palalli, and trinco are still a HSZ. if you multiply 1825 by 3 , it would give you ,5475 violations,

so i would say, the govt has violated it far more times and more serious violations than the ltte.
