devolution package???? Oh you mean 13 th amendment. its on the table for 20 yrs now, anyone can give a solution on a paper...but cant implement it....specially the sinhalese extremist will never allow it to happen. suppose praba dead & devolution implemented ( a meaningful one)..what can JVP..JHU & 107 ministers can do????/ go to middle east seeking job?? dont worry we will b fighting some more yrs. |
