[I don`t think they have any job in Sri Lanka. GOSL should appoint some one suitable for Sri Lanka. ]
CIDA, IDRC, NORAD and the Ford Foundation would not bother to ask GoSL about anything. They know only too well what will happen if the GoSL appoints anyone. The fund will vanish into thin air.
