[he is minister for Sorilanka now, because he has no any other option to spend his life as luxury as GOSL pay for it. ]
Isn`t it smart to spend few million Rupees on Douggies personal luxaries (by GOSL) rather than wasting billions worth of arms and ammuntions, not to mention precious lives ???
