I don`t think those Greeks/Romans, who invented Democracy have ever thought of such a complexity as we experience it today. Likewise, those who designed for the armed Tamil racism with certain objectives might not have thought that it would be used in such a creative way to the own advantage of so called southern politicians. Wijeweera might not have thought that his brainchild would ever be in this kind of a situation.
As much as politicians hate terrorism and Marxism, they have become such useful tools, it is fair to ask whether they are ever ready to get rid of them?
