A crime is never OK.
There is no comparison between credit card and other crimes mentioned. You cannot label a race or nationality just because a few individuals belonging to that community commits a crime. Most famous for credit card crime are people of African origin but we don`t go blaming all Africans. East Europeans are masters of ATM crime, they had even installed bogus machines and scanned the numbers but we don`t blame nationalities. That was my point.
As LTTE is banned in US and most western countries law enforcement uses this loop hole to take advantage of the laws of the country that does not mean that these people were LTTE. You got to be ignorant to take at face value.
