[people have not yet undersood the untapped-potential the country holds... ]
The people do not see what is happening in front of them. ( how the GoSL is fooling them from the time it came to power till now. All the promises and all the lies) You really expect these same people to understand untapped potential?( I think they don`t even know the meaning of the word.)
