i have serious doubts in `Colombo among top Tech outsourcing cities` for various reasons.

English is overall too poor and SLT is not a stable provider with loads of downtimes, inconsistent speed and a lousy customer service.

As you said no Paypal is an utter disgrace for SL.

Also try to book a flight with Mihin Air. These guys are even presenting an non functioning booking page. Even their Email contact does not work.
