[The Media Centre for National Security (MCNS) says that the security forces have launched a humanitarian operation in the Silawathura area in the South of Mannar this morning (September 1). ]
Oops. LTTE can say good bye to this area as well. As FM already said, this is not an offensive operation, just a humanitarian operation. :)
