[I suppose that is TRUE in Politics too..so Mangala has a better chance than Ranil or MR.]
You may have uttered a `truism`, there .. about `trying-out` the un-known `devil`. But my guess is the `dark horse` who may spring a surprise on a good many people is `Karu` (not Mangala).
(Mangala is for the `scrap heap`, along with Siripathi .. doubt these two people making a `come-back` in SL politics, after their current term expires).
