Mahinda need some good PRs to make the world aware that Lanka is doing fine and the CFA and all that crap. Its important that IC are in view of Lanka doing fine. Only by that Mahinda can finish the terrorism otherwise these IC and HRW and AI would continue to be a real headache on peace talks etc.
We know peace talks don`t work , but if the PRs can convince there is still peace talks available thats fine.
