I think you`ll agree that the status of the LTTE and that of Al-Qaida is somewhat different - Al-Qaida is not engaged in civil armed conflict with the state.....their entire startegy is terror, while the LTTE do adopt `conventional` military strategies as well. My point is that if one calls the attack on Fonseka terrorism, then LRRP attacks will qualify as well...
