After the Tsunami the amount of International fund raising and help for SL had been sky high. There had been at least peace talks going on and the economy was going up.
Can`t remember any massive incident or terror at that time. Kandy students had been going to Tamil areas in the North to help cleaning.
At that moment SL had a chance, now its another war without winners.
