DVLADV, conveniently avoided LTTE`s use of civilians as human shields huh? No surprise there. Don`t forget how LTTE effectively used displaced persons in a Muslim school in Mutur, as human shields and instigating Arti fire in Kathirveli and Vakarai from areas close to the IDP camp. And recent artillery firing from areas surroundings Madu church. I blame both parties for civilian casualties and both parties should improve civilian protection and take concrete steps to ensure that these kinds of horrific incidents do not happen again Sri Lanka.
