I spent just about the whole of my first week at work reading training manuals. It was quite boring but my supervisor said that he`ll take me to the field from next week & I`m looking forward to it. I`ll be spending the first 2 months at the Homebush control systems centre before heading back to Sydney for thr rest of my internship. One of the workers has a gorgeous poster with `CSI: HOMEBUSH- Control Systems Integration` printed on it. I just love it! Another of my colleauges is Italian. The fellow asked me to teach him some Sinhalese swear words! I think I`m going to enjoy it here. [any nice girls] Plenty of them...all in their 30`s and 40`s LOL! PS- If you see Swathi, tell her that there was a major computer failure at Town Hall. Luckily the backup systems came into place so the commuters had no idea about the chaos behind the scenes! |
