They are in the serious business of making a name for themselves internationally and nothing else. Gone are the days the LTTE come up with surprises. Now they are more in to conventional mode. That`s why all these pep talks from time to time. Their tactics have changed. Capturing a camp or arms haul or an area is not in their agenda. It will happen from time to time to please the diaspora though! But the impetus is not in that! Hope you got the drift!! |
