[Although I am totally against LTTE and criticizing them always, but for some issues like language and etc we must give some solutions to Tamil people.
I have my personal experience as a foreigner when I am visiting to Malaysia. Everything is in Malay language and facing various difficulties when try to communicate and do some work. So we have to be fairness for some issues to Tamil people. ]
