WarMonger possibly from Dougless Devananda gang.....so we have to manage him like we manage anandasangari, karuna, pillaiyan, ENDLF gang etc etc......it is a KARUMAM for tamils having these kind of creatures when lankan tamils are fighting with GOSL & army with life and blood.......hope you will agree with me
