Yes, it is true. Lodgers are behind this plan as well. I think people have a right to force these lodgers to monitor their visitors. Now they have tried two methods to destruct or kill people in South. If people is going to take these two attemp light the third attemp may will succeed. Be extra vigilent on lodgers and tamil government officials working in LTTE held areas.
