I think GOSL should go for the talks under one conditions.. Ask the IC gurantee of total ceasefire by the LTTE.. If the LTTE and tamil people want peace then a total ceasefire is the solution.. Without that asking SLA to hold a ceasefire is a disaster.. It is time to halt the war and start talking.. But we have to be 200 percent ready for anything. |
