[`ve to disagree with you. SL is a small country so it`s easier to develop (with right leadership) and Indians will not have much say once it develops. Western countries would want to invest here. We can be a pretty good economic hub for South Asia with our harbors and air ports. SL people are not that stupid either. I believe India has much to loose than to gain. Anyone can argue that point but that`s what I think. ]
shanA, yes there was plenty of good opportunities lanka had in the past. all those opportunities gone to somewhere . they wont come back! no countries stolen those opportunities from lanka. lanka dug it`s self to be under the ground!
