We all can shout good and bad of this action by the GOSL. But in my opinion:
1) It makes and Gives LTTE a Justified reason to expel sinhalese and muslims from north and east, if and when they capture N/E. 2) This action tells the Tamils Go to Tamil Eelam, that is your country not SL. 3) This action even may change the mind set of colombo tamils who were born and grow up in the SL and earn their daily Bread by working against the tamils in the N/E. 4) This may give an idea for the muslims who lives in the SL, what and how will be their future in the SL, after tamils get the Eelam. 5)But still can GOSL gurantee that there wil not be any attack in Colombo for that matter in SL even after GOSL expel all the tamils in SL to TE. A BIG NO! |
