It is time for Prabakaran to lay down his weapons. The alternative for him now is to bite his cyanide capsule. LTTE has only one option left, lay down the arms, and become a political movement.
If Prabakaran does not understand this and want to sacrifice another generation of Tamil children the LTTE commanders should follow Colonel Karuna example and revolt against the tyrant Prabakaran.
